Shipping

We ship our products to Australia via Australia Post with a flat rate of $9.95

Please allow 1-2 week turnaround for all orders. Once order is received, we try our best to get it shipped within 24-48 hrs. Regular parcel normally takes between 2-10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be sure how long your order is going to take to arrive.

We ship to NEW ZEALAND with a flat rate of $15. Max 2kg.

Returns

Please be aware we do not accept returns for change of mind so please choose your product carefully. If you receive a faulty item please contact us at tilainteriors@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your goods.

After 14 days from receiving your goods, we do not accept returns, exchange or refund.

Please be mindful that lot of our items we stock are mostly, if not fully handmade and some variations may occur with stitching, shape or colour.
