Shipping

We ship our products to Australia via Australia Post with a flat rate of $9 Standard Shipping and $12 Express Shipping

 

Once order is received, we try our best to get it shipped within 24-48 hrs. Regular parcel normally takes between 2-10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be sure how long your order is going to take to arrive.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to Bright & surrounds and Albury/Wodonga ONLY.
(Post codes 3740, 3741, 3744, 3737, 2640, 2641, 3690, 3691) 

Bright & surrounds deliveries will be done within 24-48hrs.

*UPDATE* Albury, Wodonga & surrounds deliveries will be made every Wednesday or Thursday make sure to have your order in by 9pm Tuesday to secure the same week delivery. Otherwise your order will be delivered the following Wednesday.

**Please allow 1-2 week production time for all TILA Interiors play mat orders as they are made to order.**

We ship to NEW ZEALAND with a flat rate of $15. Max 1.5kg.

We are not liable for any damaged or lost parcels.

International Shipping

Returns

If by any reason a refund has been processed, it will be refunded back to your choice of payment method such as Afterpay, Pay Pal, credit card etc. There will be a processing time up to 5 working days.

Please be aware we do not accept returns for change of mind so please choose your product carefully. If you receive a faulty item please contact us at tilainteriors@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your goods.

After 14 days from receiving your goods, we do not accept returns, exchange or refund.

Please be mindful that some of our items we stock are mostly, if not fully handmade and some variations may occur with stitching, shape or colour.
